Hello! I’m Chad, and I specialize in helping people navigate life with adult ADHD, giftedness, and/or anxiety. As someone with lived experience and 20+ years of working as a therapist, I deeply understand both the unique challenges and superpowers that come along with a mind that never slows down, and I’m passionate about helping people create lives that feel less overwhelming, more authentic, and more sustainable.

Therapy with me is conversational, compassionate, informed, neuro-affirming, and built entirely around your current goals and needs. In addition, I also have extensive training and experience working with couples to help them build (or rebuild) communication, connection, and joy in their relationships.
