Hello, and welcome. If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re struggling in some way right now. Maybe you’re looking for support or perspective during a particularly challenging time in your life, or hoping to finally address long-standing issues and heal old wounds. Perhaps you’re wrestling with anxiety or depression, struggling in an unhappy relationship, or dealing with issues at work. Or maybe you just feel stuck lately, and need somebody to talk to about things.
Whatever your particular reasons for seeking out help at this time—which is a brave and important first step—I am here to offer you a safe, secure, and supportive space in which to discuss your problems, working with you to build a therapeutic relationship aimed at providing you with increased self-awareness, insight, and understanding. Together, we will explore past and present issues in an attempt to gain a better understanding of your current dilemmas, while also working to identify and cultivate your current strengths.
Though I love working with many different types of clients and issues, I currently specialize in working with artists & creatives, adult ADHD, and highly-sensitive people. I also have extensive training & experience in helping couples create meaningful and lasting change in their relationships together.
It’s important to tell our stories, to feel seen, heard, and understood. As a writer and a therapist, I strongly believe that words matter—and I would love to hear yours.
